Research On The Evaluation Of Regional Knowledge Carrying Capacity Oriented Industrial Integration Innovation

The core of industrial integration innovation is the integrated innovation of knowledge, industrial integration innovation capacity and performance depend on the quality and quantity of knowledge elements and the ability to effectively integrate them. Knowledge resources in different regions are different, the supporting role of industrial integration innovation is also different, to evaluate knowledge carrying capacity of regions is the premise of cultivation and promotion of knowledge carrying capacity in this region.At first, this thesis summarized the progress on the research of regional carrying capacity and related theory and research results of regional knowledge. Then, by analyzing the relationship between industrial integration innovation and regional knowledge carrying capacity, the evaluation dimensions of regional knowledge carrying capacity which is oriented by industrial integration innovation are divided into three, they are regional knowledge support ability, regional knowledge dissemination and diffusion ability, regional knowledge production ability. Then,following the principle of scientific, operational,systemic build evaluation modle of regional knowledge carrying capacity, the evaluation modle is made up of34concrete evaluation index. In the forth part of this thesis is empirical research, evaluating the knowledge carrying capacity of Tianjing, Guangdong, Jiangsu and Liaoning, then using entropy method to calculate each index and dimension’s weight. The results show that the most important affecting factor of regional knowledge carrying capacity is regional knowledge production ability, next is regional knowledge support ability, the weakest factor is regional knowledge dissemination and diffusion ability. In this four research areas, the level of regional knowledge carrying capacity from high to low in turn:Guangdong, Jiangsu, Liaoning, Tianjing. Among them, in the four years from2009to2012, the level of regional knowledge carrying capacity in Guangdong shows a trend of gradual decline, Jiangsu shows gradually rising trend, while, the level of Liaoning and Tianjing are smooth. In the conclusion part, aimed at the evaluation results of regional knowledge carrying capacity, put forward the proposal of cultivation and promotion of knowledge carrying capacity.
