In recent years, the electrical and electronic products are updating faster and faster, th e number of electrical and electronic products is increasing, while waste electrical and el ectronic products contain a large number of waste resource such as electronic componen ts, display screen, fluorescent material and waste battery (lead-acid battery, nickel metal hydride battery and lithium ion battery), These waste resources not only pollute the env ironment, but also causing great waste. So it is of great importance to realize the a very considerable economic value and energy saving, while establishment of waste electrical and electronic products recycling network is a significant step to realize the efficient re cycling of waste products, building a network of recycling of waste electrical and electr onic products to reasonable configuration of waste resources, greatly enhance the efficie ncy of the recycling of waste electrical and electronic products, effectively promote the healthy development of the waste electrical appliances product recycling industry.Based on the related policies, laws and the recycling patterns at home and aboard some methods and theories about the optimization of the recycling network are comprehensively discussed. Based on the investigation of the present situation of used electronic products network in Anhui Province, the problems in used electronic products network are analyzed. A prediction model of the household appliance inventory and scrap rages established based on a comprehensive concerning of some related factors, such as the population density, per capita disposable income and sales volume, and in using the MLR method. The distribution of the recycling station is optimized by setting the amounts and positions of recycling station and recycling plant of the used household appliances in Anhui Province. In order to obtain the four best districts of head recycling stations, an evaluation method of AHP-Fuzzy is used to reach a comprehensive evaluation of different regions in Anhui Province by considering some influential factors such as the inventory and scrap rage of household appliances, GDP, investment cost and population. A "Reverse Logistic Management Information System of used household Appliances" is established based on the research.
