With fast society development, the talent has become the driving force and source of the survival and development of enterprises. The focus of competition between the enterprises is gradually evolved into the competition for talent, not technology, to the enterprise product brands and other aspects of the competition. How to effectively motivate the staffs work enthusiasm, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of their work become the focus of attention of the enterprise.
