Research On The Difference Measurement And Collaborative Development Strategy Of Logistics Industry In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

In recent years,from the 11 th Five-Year Plan to the 14 th Five-Year Plan,the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has been included in the focus of economic development,and was identified as a national strategic plan in 2014.With the introduction and continuous development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration strategy,regional logistics problems in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region have gradually emerged,which are mainly reflected in the unbalanced development of regional logistics industry and the low degree of connection between the logistics industry,hindering the process of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration.It can be seen that the difference measurement of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei logistics industry and the analysis of the reasons for the difference are conducive to the coordinated development of the three places.In the past,most scholars only analyzed the logistics differences between Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei from the perspective of qualitative comparison,lacking empirical research.This paper will use qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the logistics differences,more representative and illustrative.Firstly,the paper summarizes the inevitability and feasibility of the coordinated development of the logistics industry in the three regions from the current situation of the coordinated development of the logistics industry in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.Then,through the construction of a composite system synergy degree model,the paper calculates the coordination degree of the logistics industry in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei and finds that the synergy degree of the logistics industry in the three regions has been improving in recent years,but the overall level is not high.Through the cause analysis,it summarizes the obstacles to the coordinated development of the logistics industry in the three regions.In order to further improve the coordination degree of logistics in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,this paper adopts the principal component analysis method,and firstly carries out a one-by-one analysis on Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province.The research shows that the logistics capacity level of the three regions has been continuously improved.On this basis,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to measure the logistics difference between Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.It is found that the logistics level of Beijing ranks the first,Tianjin is the second and Hebei is the backward position.On this basis,the paper proposes a coordinated development direction of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei logistics industry,which is to undertake non-capital core functions as the guidance to plan logistics nodes,to give full play to regional resource advantages as the guidance to clarify logistics function positioning,and to enhance functional cohesion of regional logistics integration operation as the guidance.The coordinated development strategy of logistics industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is put forward from five aspects: abandoning the government of the three regions,improving logistics infrastructure,giving full play to regional advantages,promoting logistics information construction,and training logistics talents.
