Study On The Application Model Of TRIZ Theory Used In The Technical Innovation Projects By The Enterprises In Heilongjiang Province

In a certain context that Ministry of Science and Technology is vigorously promotingthe application of technology innovation methods (TRIZ theory) to enhance the capability ofindependent innovation of China and Heilongjiang, as one of the first national technologyinnovation methods (TRIZ theory) pilot provinces, is launching a comprehensive promotionand application of TRIZ theory, the study analyses the application model and methods ofTRIZ theory used in the technical innovation projects by the enterprises in Heilongjiangprovince, summarizes the successful experience of construction of enterprise demonstrationbase. This paper reviews of the promotion and application of TRIZ theory in Heilongjiangprovince, analysis of influencing factors, combined with the SWOT analysis and therequirements of enterprise, designs the overall strategy of the promotion and application ofTRIZ theory in Heilongjiang province, including the guiding ideology, overall objectives,strategic layout and key tasks, and also the model and management methods. This will notonly enrich the application model and methods, but also have the practical significance forthe relevant departments of Heilongjiang Government to plan, promote and apply the TRIZtheory, to conquer and develop a number of key technologies, in order to format a number ofhigh-tech products with independent intellectual property rights and strong corecompetitiveness. And also it will be important to promote the optimization and upgrading ofindustrial structure to realize the sustainable development of regional economy, to improvethe independent innovation ability of Heilongjiang province and to construct an innovativeprovince.This paper emphasizes the combination of theoretical analysis and practicalinvestigation. It collects and analyses the application model of the promotion and applicationof TRIZ theory and the successful experience of construction of demonstration base. Basedon a large number of application cases, this paper researches the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the promotion and application of TRIZ theory inHeilongjiang Province, summarizes and analyzes the problems, and then dissects the reasons.Finally it provides countermeasures and suggestions to promote and apply the TRIZ theoryin Heilongjiang Province.There are five chapters in this paper. Chapter One is the introduction; Chapter Two talksabout the present situation of the promotion and application of TRIZ theory by theenterprises in Heilongjiang province; Chapter Three analyses the problems and the reasons;Chapter Four designs the overall strategy of the promotion and application model; ChapterFive provides the countermeasures and suggestions.
