Research On Business Model Innovation Method Based On TRIZ And DEA

In the era of the Internet economy, the business model as a key business development has drawn increasing attention.With the development and application of information technology as the core technology groups, business model problems begin to emerge:First, past successful experience with model no longer adapt to the development of enterprises, they are not only can not help companies achieve sustained growth, but will make the crisis;Second, the domestic economic slowdown and the gradual loss of traditional competitive advantages, have been insufficient to deal with the new competitive situation, and even turned into a barrier to further development of the enterprise;Third,with the changing business environment and the challenges,SMEs face severe bottlenecks survival and competitive pressures.Enterprises need to upgrade and reengineering business model.Enterprises rely on more entrepreneurial action and innovative business model in order to win in the fierce competition.Therefore, the study of business models and innovation issues has important significance.In this paper, business model innovation is research subjects. First, the business model innovation and research status of various theories are discussed; Then an innovative method based on TRIZ and DEA is proposed, business model innovation model is constructed; Finally, Dell’s case analyze of the innovation model in the enterprise, and prove the validity of the model. In this paper, the main work is as follows:1. The research status of business model innovation and a variety of related theories are discussed. This paper systematically reviewed the concept and research of business model, discuss the hotspot on business model innovation, analyze the difficulties and deficiencies of the existing studies exist and propose the contents of this research topic and significance.2. TRIZ and DEA model based on business model innovation is established. This paper introduces the DEA method combined with TRIZ, in order to guide the business model innovation. For both the advantages and shortcomings, so that to some extent achieve complementarity, proposed an innovative method based on TRIZ and DEA’s business model. First, according to the theory of enterprise resource TRIZ analysis or contradictory analysis, to convert the business model design problems for TRIZ standards. Then select the appropriate TRIZ tools for designing business model innovation program. After obtaining a different design, using DEA method to establish evaluation system, select an evaluation model to determine the effectiveness of the various options and choose the best solution.3. Case studies.As the example of MI company,through business model innovation model to do applied research.First, analy MI’s resources and conflict; Then,select the conflict matrix and the principles of the invention for problem solving, get three options;Final,select of five evaluation index,evaluate and analy business model innovation program By DEA econometric model, select the optimal solution.Through case studies, demonstrated that the proposed business model innovation common method is feasible and effective.
