In view of this, the paper from the current actual situation of social security of landless peasants starting to landless peasants various social security model, the integration of urban and rural social security trends, achievements and problems throughout the full range of tests carried out analysis of the proposed system taking into account the design of a higher level of basic security and social welfare, explore land shares, commercial insurance, security, and other new forms of community support mode, and gradually form a set of "government-led, sound system, fair benefits" in one, and economic and social level of development compatible with the urban social security system of interrelated social security system.
