Study On Construction Of Regional Innovation System Of Nanchang Xiaolan Economic-technological Development Zone

Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development(OECD) pointed out that in developed countries, innovation is the main driving force of economic growth, at least 50% growth is directly attributable to it. These trends mean that stimulate the development of innovation is the foundation of a country’s economic growth, development and social welfare. Especially for enhancing innovation and competitiveness regions. Jiangxi Province is now in an important period of strategic opportunities for economic, social and technological development. This article is based on the status of Nanchang Xiaolan Economic-Technological Development Zone of regional innovation system, drawing regional innovation theory, elements of regional innovation system for its innovative ability to conduct a comprehensive analysis, drawing on the basis of typical regional innovation system at home and abroad on countermeasures given a small blue through the open area of innovation system construction.This dissertation consists of six chapters,and three are main parts:(1) Theoretical RIS. Including, the first chapter, Introduction: the system describes the background, the significance of this study and the research status at home and abroad; the second chapter, the theory of Regional Innovation System: This paper introduces the connotation of regional innovation system, characteristics, basic structure and evaluation system.(2) Nanchang Xiaolan Economic-Technological Development Zone of regional innovation system status quo. Including, Chapter III, Nanchang Xiaolan Economic-Technological Development Zone Regional Innovation System Analysis: evaluated mainly from the original innovation ability, innovation transformation capabilities, innovative services, innovation output capacity and industrial clusters in five areas.(3) Nanchang Xiaolan Economic-Technological Development Zone innovation system optimization. Including, Chapter IV, domestic and regional innovation system case analysis; Chapter V, the establishment and improvement of Nanchang Xiaolan Economic-Technological Development Zone Regional Innovation System: provides a framework for building a Nanchang Xiaolan Economic-Technological Development Zone Regional Innovation System and Its perfection measures.
