Study On The Restrictions And Countermeasures Of Developing Almond Industry In Kashi Area

The almond industry in Xinjiang Kashi region occupies an important position in the regional economic development, especially in recent years, with the strategy implementation of the western development and the returning farmland to forest, Kashi almond industry gained a lot of policy and financial support. But at the same time, there are many factors that limit the further development of Kashi almond industry, in order to solve the key existing problems during the development process and ensure the further development of the almond industry in Kashi, the test is put forward in the thinking frame of problem-- Logic – Analysis. First of all, the almond industry situation of the production, processing, marketing and brand are introduced based on the relevant statistical data; secondly, the restricting factors in every link are put forward based on related theory and status quo of industrial development, the cause of the problem is analyzed based on the field survey data, the key restriction and main cause of the Kashi almond industry are analyzed based on analytic hierarchy process; finally, according to the main reason for the key issues, the corresponding solution are put forward to promote the further development of Kashi almond industry.At present, there are two key restrict factors in the Kashi almond industry, namely the low level of the technology diffusion standard and the almond processing capacity; according to the importance sort, the main reasons that cause the key restriction factor are financing difficulties, weak technical service, the low cultural quality of farmers, the low technical level, insufficient almond propaganda, the impact of pests and diseases on fruit trees, the low level of deep processing technology.Combined with the above conclusions, according to the main reason for the key issues, the proposed countermeasures include: ensuring the almond processing enterprises to get adequate funding support, strengthening service level of the forestry technical team, strengthening the training intensity of farmers, increasing the level of Kashi almond industry propaganda, promoting the smooth development of pest control measures, increasing the level of the almond deep processing technology.
