The adjustment of the right to rural land constructual management not only directly affects the enthusiasm of farmers involved in land reclamation and the smooth development of the land reclamation, but also is often critical to the rural social stability.The paper is based on the questionnaires of 304 farmers obtained from “The right to rural land contractual management” special investigation in 19 administrative 9 townships of Guixi city, Zhangshu city,Wuning county,Yongfeng county and Fengxin county of Jiangxi Province. It systematic analysis the present situation of the adjustment of the right to rural land contractual management,the famers’ will and the satisfaction of the participation of the adjustment of the right to rural land contractual management. It use Binary Logistic regression model which selects natural factors, farmers, system of social economic factors, policy factors as the independent variables to analysis the factors that affect the famers’ will and the satisfaction of the participation in the adjustment of the right to rural land contractual management.Combined with the survey data and the analysis of the present situation of the adjustment of the right to rural land contractual management, we know that, The implementation of the policy of the right to rural land contractual management is not enough comprehensive, the adjustment of the right to rural land contractual management is imperfect, Cognitive degree of ownership is not high, The enthusiasm of farmers involved in the adjustment of the right to rural land contractual management in land reclamation is not high, Full participation in the adjustment of the right to rural land contractual management in land reclamation is not enough, Legal basis of the adjustment of the right to rural land contractual management in land reclamation is not inadequate, The late management is not enough. The significant factors which affect the will of the participation in the adjustment of the right to rural land contractual management are: whether understand the relevant laws and regulations, the education level of famers, dispute processing of the right to rural land contractual management, opinions of farmers, scale operation, farming distance, the amount of contractors in project area, the amount of people engaged in agricultural production,the share of agricultural income over the family income, The right to rural land contractual management remains consistent overall, but has local adjustment, farmers age, farmers gender. The significant factors which affect the satisfaction of the participation in the adjustment of the right to rural land contractual management are: clear adjustment of the management system, taking back before land reclamation, redistribution after land reclamation, scale operation, evaluation of the cultivated land quality, whether understand the relevant laws and regulations, the education level of famers, new cultivated land area, the share of agricultural income over the family income. Through comparatively analyzing the result of the willingness of farmers participating in adjustment of the right in land reclamation and farmers’ satisfaction, we know that: the situation is existing that some farmers which Expressed interest in participating in the adjustment of the right are not satisfied with the adjustment of the right; There exist same factors which influence the willingness of farmers participating in adjustment of the right in land reclamation and farmers’ satisfaction, but have different influence degree. At different stages, farmers have different requirements to the adjustment of the right to rural land contractual management in land reclamation.The research finally puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions which improve the adjustment of the right to rural land contractual management in land reclamation: Making the adjustment of the right to rural land contractual management to become stable, the full implementation of the policy to the right to rural land contractual management, Perfect the mechanism of the adjustment of the right in land reclamation, Improving farmer awareness to adjust the ownership, Establish and improve the mechanism that farmers participate in the adjustment of the right in land reclamation, scientific and reasonable guiding farmers involved in adjustment of the right in land reclamation; Fully respect the farmer will, reasonable setting right ownership adjustment scheme, further enhance farmers satisfaction to adjust to the contracted management of land.
