The Research On Evaluation Of Green And Low-carbon Development Of Regional Highway Transportation

The highway transportation promote the social economic,but also led to a lot of environmental problems,such as smog day and noise pollution,etc.In 2014,the domestic per capita carbon emissions have exceeded Europe and a quarter of carbon emissions is from the transport sector.This situation seriously restricts the development of the transportation.As an important part of the transportation,highway transportation is facing increasing pressure.Therefore,highway transportation to mature green and low-carbon mode has become an inevitable choice.Set a evaluation system which can reflect the level of development of green and low-carbon mode in highway transportation have great significance.There is little research on the system of evaluate level of development of green and low-carbon mode in the highway transportation.How to make a scientific and reasonable system of evaluate level of development of green and low-carbon mode in the highway transportation of regional is an problem which is urgent to be solved.First of all,the concept of green and low-carbon mode in highway transportation including the theory of sustainable development,green economy,low carbon economy theory,resource scarcity and externality theory is analyzed.Based on the previous basis theory,the internal mechanism of the green and low-carbon mode in highway transportation is analyzed.Secondly,DPSIR is used in system of evaluate level of development of green and low-carbon mode in highway transportation and the factors of the system is analyzed.This thesis based on the index selection principle,selecting the index of evaluate level of development of green and low-carbon mode in the highway transportation and explain the meaning of each index.Third,TOPISI and grey correlation analysis is combined by analyzing them and used in evaluate level of development of green and low-carbon mode in the highway transportation.Finally,make five cities in S province as example and analyze the result of the comprehensive development index.
