Study On The Development Of Rural Human Resource Among The Promotion Of Agricultural Technology

In the knowledge economy era.the basic outlet of agricultural development is technological advancements whose core production factor is human resources.Only to speed up the development of rural human resource.can we increase the depth and breadth of the agricultural Sci-tech extension.can we truly achieve the development of the agricultural science and technology, the promotion of the agricultural industry, sustainable stable growth of farmers’ income.Based on the in-depth analysis through to the situation of rural human resources development which turn to service of agricultural technology extension,this article puts forward countermeasures for rural human resources development and provides theoretical and practical basis for increasing farmers’income.improving the quality of agricultural technology extension service,promoting economic development,realizing agricultural modernization and promoting the harmonious development of society.This article takes development of rural human resource among the promotion of agricultural technology as the main object of study,farmers in Xinjiang county for instance.through the questionnaire survey and field interviews.the collected data were classified and statistically analyzed,the article comes to the conclusion that the development of rural human resources exists some problems,such as the rural labor force quality is low.rural labor force structure is not reasonable.farmers concept is lag behind,input and aid financially is not enough. In view of the problems discovered,this article comes up with some solutions that only to be good at using existing resource improving the structure of the rural human resources.strengthen the construction of soft and hardware facilities enhancing the synthetical quality of rural human resource,change ideas of agricultural production raising peasants’ action,increase government support promoting the development schedule of rural human resources,can we speed up the pace of the new rural construction.
