| Food safety problem affects all aspects of the economic and social development, in recent years, the problems of food safety incidents occur frequently, as happened in 2005 events of malachite green in seafood products, Sudan red duck eggs events of 2006, sanlu milk powder incident in 2008, Swill-cooked dirty oil events in 2010, the clenbuterol event in2011, sulfur ginger event in 2013. These security events make consumers to extreme distrust of the products on the market, so this research questions about the safety of agricultural products has a realistic significance.Agricultural food safety research involves the content is widespread, many groups, the current domestic and foreign research on these problems still lack system integrity, the focus of the research in terms of external regulation, more for the core of the whole supply chain enterprise, relatively few studies of stakeholders, source producers in the supply chain, supply chain on the final home to return to the consumer, as well as from producers to consumers in the process of how to coordinate other related interest groups, game studies is relatively low.So this article on the basis of existing research on behavior of stakeholders in the supply chain and game analysis, thus providing reference for food safety.In this paper, under the perspective of food safety, the agricultural products supply chain has carried on the definition of stakeholders, and using the related theory as the support, the stakeholders in the supply chain behavior is analyzed, mainly agricultural products supply chain upstream production of processors, the downstream consumer, and in the supply chain plays an important role in the process of government regulators. In each of the stakeholders behavior analysis was carried out on the basis of game analysis, affecting the food safety of the production, consumption and government regulation of economic incentive and payment factors are discussed in this paper, puts forward the Suggestions on the food safety of agricultural products.The content of this article mainly includes the following several aspects:The first chapter, introduction. Mainly analyzes the research background, purpose and significance of thesis, the research status at home and abroad are analyzed. This chapter mainly elaborates the concepts related to the paper, the relative concepts of agricultural products, food and food safety and food safety related concepts, as well as the supply chain of agricultural products and food safety, analyzed with the theory of stakeholders, and provide theoretical reference to the back of the research.The third chapter, the current situation of food safety in our country and the existing problems. This chapter first analyzed about the present situation of the safety of agricultural products, mainly from two aspects to carry on the analysis, one is the security of supply,another is the quality and safety of the status quo. Followed by the analysis of existing problems, mainly from three aspects: producers, consumers, government supervision is analyzed.The fourth chapter, agricultural products safety analysis of the stakeholders. Is also in this chapter from the main stakeholders of agricultural producers, consumers, government regulation is analyzed, to analyze the behavior of different main body, and how to protect the food safety.The fifth chapter, the safety of agricultural products of game between different interest subjects.
