Since the21st century, competition among companies has entered a white-hotstage, and slowly developed into a "war of innovation." Whether enterprises seize theinitiative and achieve industry leadership in the fierce market environment depends onsustainable creativity. With the arrival of the knowledge economy age, science andtechnology enterprises as innovation body want to quickly spring up,which hasbecome supporting point and foothold point for local economic development.Therefore, in order to achieve the goal that make "a coal-dominant" industrial patternof Shanxi province transform into relying on technological innovation for localeconomic development. Shanxi provincial committee and government has repeatedlystressed that to establish innovative body position of technology companies, increaseresearch investment, introduce knowledge talents to push forward innovationdevelopment of enterprises. This shows that human resources are replacing physicalresources and become the first major resources to promote sustainable development ofenterprises. However, knowledge talent as innovation carrier of high-tech enterprises,because of the influences of a variety of factors, begin to have increasing outflow oftalented persons, and make trouble for enterprise to implement normal management,which greatly hampers the sustainable innovation development of enterprises.Thereforce, explore influence factor of knowledge talents turnove in science andtechnology enterprises can help firms Introduce and keep knowledge talents, also hasconsiderable strategic guidance significance for implementation of Shanxi innovationaction plan.In this paper, a combination of technical means of theoretical and empirical wasapplied to do a exploratory study on knowledge-based talents turnover of Science andtechnology enterprises in Taiyuan. Firstly, summarizes the existing brain drainliterature and analyze knowledge talents turnover current situations、 features andinfluential factors of science and technology enterprises in Taiyuan. Then, in the formof questionnaires conduct a field investigation on problem being studied and analyze the data collected with statistical software. Finally, appropriate management measuresis proposed for the six key factors.The main conclusions of this study are summarized as follows: influentialfactors of science and technology enterprises in Taiyuan is remuneration、personaldevelopment、work environment、self-realization、relationships and business prospects,followed by the corresponding degree of influence is:0.786、0.597、0.578、0.365、0.274、0.198. Compared to the other four key factors, the influence of remunerationand personal development is more obvious. But influence between them is equallymatched, this conclusion will provide constructive comments for attracting andretaining talents.In this paper, explore the factors affecting knowledge talents turnover andbroaden the research framework of knowledge talents. At the same time, pertinentlyput forward management strategies and suggestions for attracting and retainingknowledge talents.
