Under the background of economic globalization,in order to realize the profit maximization goal,enterprises all over the world within the scope of the world seeking lower production cost base and cheaper labor,transnational corporations become choice for enterprises all over the world.China with its good investment environment and a huge consumer market,the ability to successfully attract a large number of Multi-National Corporation settled.Multi-National Corporation in the management process will inevitably encounter multi-cultural conflict,the success of cross-cultural management has become the focus of attention of multinational enterprises.In this paper,multinational companies in China as the research object,the study of intercultural management status and problems,and how to form a suitable method of cross culture management.First of all,this paper expounds cross culture management background,significance,research methods and technical routes,and then based on the systematic analysis of the cross culture management theory,multinational enterprise cross culture management research methods based on,focuses on the analysis of the multinational enterprises in China cross culture management present situation,existing problems and reasons.Then,combining theory and practice,and constructs a suitable cross-cultural management mode of HTG Multi-National Corporation.Finally,the utility model is validated in the model of a multinational enterprise in China.Through this research,trying to find a suitable for multinational enterprises in China to overcome cultural differences and eliminate cultural conflict and create cultural integration of cross cultural management mode,so that in China,multinational companies can better adapt to the complex of the Chinese culture and effective cross-cultural management.At the same time,it also provides a reference for Chinese multinational enterprises to implement the "going out" strategy and provide reference for the modernization and internationalization.
