With the science and the technology promoting the development of the industrial and commercial continuously strengthens; business daily operation and future development of reliance on science and technology are increasingly enhanced. As a normal course of business support for enterprise IT equipments, we are experiencing more and more serious test. We realize that sustainable, stable and efficient operation of IT equipment also related to the enterprises. Therefore, how to manage and take good use and maintenance the IT equipments is our definite requirements for industry and commerce enterprise equipment management work. Under the premise and background, it is very significant to explore and research a variety of intelligent recognition technology of IT equipment management.In this paper, we take Internet of Things technology as core point, and focus on the characteristics, development and application situation of near field communication NFC, QR code, RFID tags and other technologies. The theoretical basis depends on studies of facilities management and Internet of Things technology.This paper is based on many domestic and overseas scholars about the Internet of things technology and application achievement of the research on the IT equipment management for reference, I consider that the current only way that relying on the traditional way of IT equipment management system to address the equipment query and statistical issues, But for the working efficiency had not improved significantly. Whereas with the application of single iot recognition technology, the limitations of their respective part restricts the IT equipment management comprehensive solution of the problem. Under the present condition, using a variety of identification technology combination is the best practice to solve the problem of IT equipment management.Based on the analysis of BYC corporation’s IT equipments management, I summed up its shortage and proposed a solution adapted to its device management needs, and ensuring that the program has a certain universality for future promotional offers possible. In addition, aiming at BYC Corporation’s actual situation, I prepare a preliminary IT equipments intelligent management system design and feasible implementation scheme. Finally, with the current status of IT technology and Internet of Things, I make a practical recommendations and ideas in order to improve IT equipments management efficiency.The study in this paper that the current enterprises in the construction of IT equipments management system, a considerable part is still in the paper and electronic ledger accounting phase, the lack of a state within the IT equipments life cycle of the key aspects of the track and conduct audits, to first and foremost is to solve this problem by identifying the work and all the aspects, with the identification of Things technology to achieve a comprehensive perception of IT equipments; the second is to work through the whole process of tracking, with the various combinations of networking technology and management tools, to capture the state of IT equipments and staff behavior; analytical work through the whole dimension again, by means of data analysis tools to provide decision support for enterprise device management; and finally by all-round display to work with mobile technology and information technology of SOA, enterprise IT managers to provide mobile equipments the results show equipments, and other media.At the same time, I think that the multi recognition technology IT intelligent device management is not only suitable for the BYC, but also for China’s current large-scale state-owned enterprises and the government. The technology could improve the overall level of IT equipments management in China.
