The Study Of Optimizing The Construction And Management Of Urban Security Housing System

Recently, China is being on the highway of developing the security housing system, following the publish of 《several proposals on tackling housing difficult of urban low-income families from state department》(State[2007]NO.24).Proceeding the affordable housing project with full effort is not only one of the remarkable livelihood programs, as well as significant resolution on state security and social progress. The long-lasting significance of this project is related with social stability and the happiness of citizen.Starting with the case in W City, and with the help of security housing experience abroad, we reflected the existing problems of security housing development and their cause, from different respects such as of the effect, characteristic and the reality of affordable housing construction and management. Considering the real situation and past experience, we made best use of advantages and bypassed the disadvantages, therefore proposed several strategies to improve and optimize the development of low-income housing in W City, including scientific planning, multi-imensional development, mechanism optimization, security enforcement, supervision improvement and sunshine project.
