All along,All along,the housing problem is the important force to promote national economic development and social harmony.The famous poet du fu once said that "there are tens of thousands of people in the world",as well as the ancient language,"the abode of the people," and "all the people who live in it",etc.,show the importance of housing to people.Reform and opening-up in recent decades,China's rapid economic development,urban residents rising living standards,people's life level and the requirement of increasing the living conditions.In recent years,however,the sharp rise in house prices and income growth slow contradictions increasingly prominent,the housing problem become the biggest problem affecting the development of society.Therefore,it is one of the biggest problems to solve the problem that the housing of residents cannot be a problem.In the last few years,in order to solve this problem,the state has also made some relief efforts,and the central government has offered to build up affordable housing,and has offered to build 10 million affordable housing in 2011,and the five-year plan to build 36 million affordable housing units in the 12 th five-year plan,to effectively solve the housing problems of low-income families.However,it is also urgent to contribute to the solution of the housing problem from other aspects.Therefore,the problem of housing security level will be discussed.On the one hand,the supply of affordable housing is a huge challenge for the government.On the other hand,the level of housing security determines the level of regional security.Taiyuan city is the capital of shanxi,and has a high title,its housing security level is representative and reference.After the 12 th five-year plan,the economic growth of the taiyuan city was developed,and the level of housing was gradually rising,and the housing security continued to improve.In this way,we analyze that development of the house protection level of taiyuan city and the situation of specific residential security,and compare the level of housing security of taiyuan city to the level of house security in the country.Secondly,in the basis of theoretical knowledge,we have to choose eight factors that affect the level of housing,so we use the multi-linear regression to test the linear relationship between the eight factors and the level of housing,and then we analyze the data from the gray relational scale model,and we get the main influence factors that affect the level of housing and the sort ofdegree of influence of various factors;Finally,combined with the theory and data analysis,in view of the various factors affecting taiyuan housing security level degree and the problems appeared in the process of construction of housing security,and puts forward corresponding Suggestions for improvement.According to the analysis results of the model,the investment of low-income housing and the average selling price of commercial housing have the greatest impact on the level of taiyuan housing security.It is necessary for that government of taiyuan to develop the economy,improve the income of the inhabitant,improve the system of house,coordinate the interests between the house market and the government house supply,and encourage the residents to form the correct modern housing consumption concept,so as to improve the housing security of taiyuan city,solve the difficulty of the house of the vast majority of low-income people,and improve the housing quality and the house level of the residents.
