Studies On The Trust System Into Our Rural Land Circulation To The Grain Production

In recent years, the grain output of our country increased year by year. Many people think our country’s output will continue to increase in the future, and we don’t have to worry about it. But grain production faces many constraints. The contradiction between people and land still exists. With the development of our economy, a large number of young man in rural go to cities. The problem of farmland abandon is increasingly serious. The decline in agricultural could reduce grain yields. So many places want to find new method to solve this problem. In this case, Yiyang, Shaoxing and other places introduced the policy of land trust circulation. Yiyang drew experience from Shaoxing. And then Yiyang introduced the policy with its characteristics. After five years, achievements have been made in the pilot activities.So it is the time to test effects of the policy, and sum up experience.So we can known that is there any new problem and how to solve it. These are the contents of this paper to study.The study mainly included the following aspects: Firstly, the overview of the rural land trust transfer and our country’s grain production. It includes the background of research, the significance of research, the studies and evaluation of the Land Trust circulation and grain production by scholars at home and abroad. Secondly, I introduced the concepts and the theories of our country’s grain production and the land trust circulation. Thirdly, I analyzed the basic situation of our country’s grain production and the land circulation. Fourthly, the analysis of the case that how the land trust circulation of “The Yiyang mode” impact on our country’s grain production.Taking Yiyang as example, we analyzed the background, mode of operation and the benefits of “ The Yiyang mode”. Fifthly, the empirical analysis that the land trust circulation of “The Yiyang mode” impacted on our country’s grain production. In order to test the benefits of “The Yiyang mode”, the paper used the contrasting methods. In the transverse direction, we used Huaihua contrast with Yiyang. The situation of Huaihua is similar to Yiyang.In the longitudinal direction, we contrasted the situation of adopting the policy with the opposite.In the end, in the process of the land trust policy, there are still problems.First, we analyzed the reasons, then we put forward some suggestions.
