Study On The Technology And Managmentof Flower Tissue Culture Industrialization Production

As to be an important component of agricultural industry, flower industry is a high append value industry,which has a high contribution rate to the agriculture economic. For the flower industry of China,although the area of flower industry ranked first in the world,the value and benefit of per unit area still in a low-level phase,and lack of own intellectual property of flower new varieties and international competitive,which are adverse to,flower industry development of our country.HaiNan province have unique climate advantage and species advantage when develop tropical flower industry, however, it also exist many problems which can not be ignored such as poor quality,low output of per unit area,small scale,low technical content, lack of scientific research input,low production technology of flower seedlings, weak of specialized skill worker and extensive operations management, which all restrict the development of flower industry of HaiNan province.So,if we want to develop flower industry,we should step up the road of modern production, and take the progress of science and technology for motive power, put more technology into product,especially the application of high-tech,adopt flexible and varied production and business operation mode to reach the aim of industry scale,specialization, characteristic and branding.With the theory of agricultural production mode,agricultural modernization, sustainable development and scope economic, and used theory instruction and empirical analysis, this paper analyzed the flower production of HaiNan province.Research on the method of the flower industry in HaiNan which was introduced into modern technology method and scientific management system to large-scale tissue culture and industrialized seedling cultivation.This paper mainly studies the following several aspects:1,Taking a investigation for the flower production of HaiNan Rongfeng flower limited company, and to understand the company’s production technologies and the management modes. The key of the research is the flower seedlings production technology and management. According to the actual production needs, this paper propose its research content, the method and the technical route.2, Analyzing the current problems and defects of HaiNan flower seedlings tissue culture technology, teasing the key technology of flower tissue culture’s industrialization production, and researching the new type of tissue culture breeding technique, forecasting and analyzing the effect of introducing the robots or other automation technology,and taking theory analysis of its deveklopment,which to find a suitable modern new technology of flower seedling production for HaiNan flower’s development.3,Combining the new type of flower tissue culture breeding technique and the goal of flower industry of HaiNan Rongfeng limited company, this paper took a theory analysis for the company to realize its flower seedling automatic produce and design a suitable seedling production automation system. In order to reform the technology of seedling production models of the company even the flower industry in HaiNan province, and to explor an automatic production road of flower tissue culture in HaiNan province.4, Researching the production management mechanism of HaiNan Rongfeng flower limited company’s tissue culture industry, including the management of scientific research system, the personnel management, the equipment operation management and the operating mechanism of management. moreover,this paper took a analysis to the ecological benefits, social benefits and economical benefits of introducing automatic production.5, According to the present state of development of flower industry in HaiNan province and the study, this paper put forward some suggestions from the government level, the research of flower tissue culture breeding automatic production and management,and the promotion of automation technology.
