Gazprom:Enterprise Management System Research

In this 21st century, oil and gas industry is very important for the country’s economic and business development. Russia’s economy is highly dependent on energy exports. In order to continue the economic development of Russia, oil and gas industry companies need to develop and improve enterprise management systems. We need to importance on enterprise logistics and supply chain management, enterprise financial management, quality management and human resource management. If these important aspects of implementation are non-effective, resources are misallocated, the Russian economy and state-owned companies will fail. Gazprom is Russia’s largest state-owned enterprise, the company’s production share 17% of the world’s natural gas resources,72% of Russia’s resources, enterprise resource exploitation of the world by 13%. About 30% of the total state budget revenues is from the sale of natural gas from Russia. So the role of the company in Russian Economic development is beyond doubt.The article entitled "Gazprom Management System" may be considered as the formation process and analysis of Gazprom enterprise management systems and difficulties. There are three important advantages and disadvantages of systematic study business management in Russia and Russian business management system. These three aspects are human resource management, supply chain management and financial management.lt may make the company’s enterprise management system development features. The title of this article is for Gazprom enterprise management system problems, propose and appropriate corrective recommendations.The results showed that Gazprom has various difficulties in enterprise management systems, such as enterprise management systems for dependency and related issues of state control, human resource management conservative ideology, the relative lack of personnel, logistics and supply chain management of supply diversity issues and so on. Taking this things into account there are recommendations and solution of problems of enterprise management. Finally, the article summarizes the study based on contribution, pointing out the limitations of the study, and recommendations for future research directions.
