In recent years, with the rapid development of the global economy, the demand for energy is more and more big. Distributed energy has the characteristic of supply reliability, high efficiency, low loss, less pollution and flexible operation which make them to be widely used in the electric power system. In the view of distributed energy generation projects put into operation, and based on the good experience and lessons provided by post evaluation on the energy projects, the paper chooses the project of Huadian Beijing Miyun PV 20MW engineering project as a case to build the evaluation system of the distributed energy generation projects. The specific research contents are as follows:Firstly, based on the domestic and foreign study on post evaluation of distributed energy, the paper analyzed the development of distributed energy resources at home and abroad to well know the developing situation and trend of distributed energy. During this process, some problems existing in the evaluation index system were found, e.g. the link of operation evaluation is weak, some indexes in economic benefit evaluation and influencing evaluation were repeated, there was a little consideration with environmental evaluation, the concept of sustainability evaluation index was not clear and so on.Secondly, combining with the actual characteristics of the project, the paper analyzed the distributed power generation project through the method of WBS decomposition to improve the construction of index system. With the specific analysis of construction, operation and influencing, the index system of distributed power generation project was built.Thirdly, relying on the characteristic of distributed energy generation projects, the AHP weighing method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were adopted into this paper. They provided a basic theory for the post evaluation of distributed energy generation projects.Finally, by taking Beijing Huadian Miyun 20MW photovoltaic power generation as an example, the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were used for the empirical research. With the actual data and expert experience, the project evaluation result was obtained through calculation. The rationality of the model was proofed by the evaluation results.Through the evaluation system and case study, the results of this research provides lessons and experience for other similar projects.
