Reserch On The Economic Evaluation Of Natural Gas Distributed Energy Project

With the occurrence of more and more serious environmental pollution problems,the development of the New Energy Resources becomes very important.The natural gas power generation is a model application of New Energy Resources,which can realize energy step utilization and improve energy efficiency.The natural gas power generation can not only reduce the environmental pollution,improving the living environment,but also greatly save the cost of supplying energy to the end.It has a broad development space in the foreseeable future.The economic evaluation of natural gas power generation program provides decision-making information for the decision maker,which affects the project feasible or not,so the accuracy and the comprehensive of the project economic evaluation has very important significance to the future of the project.The suitable economic evaluation method will promote the development of natural gas power generation.This paper first introduces the operational principle and the energy effitioncy of natural gas distributed energy projects.On this basis,the financial evaluation and national economic evaluation are introduced briefly.According to actual parameters from the engineering project of jinshan natural gas distributed energy,the basic data of income and expenditure is calculated,then do the financial evaluation to require financial evaluation index,including the interior yield,net present value,capital on net profit margin,debt service coverage ratio and so on.When do the national economic evaluation,focus on proper environmental externalities and heat-supply externalities with combination of distributed energy's natural characteristics of natural gas.Based on the investigation of traditional economy evaluation,there are two issues about it.One is there are a mount of parameters.Every parameter only reflects a part of the economy.The other one is that there is no enough attention to energy conservation and environment protection natural distributed energy and the characteristic of sullying various services from government in terms of economics.For the previous statements,the paper uses new mathematics to do the comprehensive economic evaluation of projects based on traditional financial evaluation and national economy evaluation.During the comprehensive evaluation,the conclusion of economy comprehensive evaluation is resolved layer upon layer by means of AHP-fuzzy evaluation method and contributing of analytic hierarchy structure.By means of the comparison,the weight of each parameter is obtained.The final evaluation conclusion is obtained by means of fuzzy evaluation method and calculation of comprehensive affiliation degree.By means of economy evaluation investigation of natural distributed energy project,the accurate and visualized information is acquired for project decision maker by means of investigation of economy evaluation.
