Research On Operational Performance Evaluation And Early Warning Mechanism Of Grid Enterprises

With the advent of Big Data Era of electricity, data characteristics of grid operation and management is showing large, multi-type, high-accuracy, high value features and so on. The data services in the power business management, marketing management, production and operation as well as the fight against disasters and other aspects, and it has brought new opportunities and challenges for operation and development of power grid enterprises. It provides powerful data base and advancement to optimize power resources, improve energy efficiency and grid enterprise services. Therefore, it has important theoretical and practical significance for grid enterprises to use big data to reform its operation management and early warning management through unifying evaluation index system and evaluation criteria, trengthening horizontal comparison and vertical comparison of its operation level, strengthening warning management of operational metrics.This paper carries on in-depth research on operational performance evaluation system and early warning mechanism of grid enterprises. Firstly, the development status and trends of operational performance management and early warning management of China’s grid enterprises under the background of big data are briefly analysed. Secondly, the design thought of evaluation index system, index processing method and weights determing mathod with the combination of AHP and entropy weight method are determined. The index system is constructed from value creation, enterprise development, operational efficiency and customer service. Thirdly, the test results of classical examples show the applicability and effectiveness of the improved element extension model with the above method. In the end, combined with the comprehensive evaluation index system, this paper builds grid enterprise early-warning management system aiming at forecasting and early warning of key indicators of value aspect. Empirical studies have shown that the early warning management system can be applied to find drivers of key indicator, analyse correlation of indicators, find the weak link in operation management timely and effectively and promote operation and early warning management of grid enterprise.
