Water is a kind of scarce ecological resources in arid area. Lakes- rivers resource occupies the core position in the Big Kanas Tourism Area.Lakes- rivers is also the foundation to maintain the production life and economic development in the studied area. The local government pay attention to economic development, at the same time, the strengthening protection of lakes has also been emphasized, rivers and other water environment. Therefore, if there is a quantitative assessment of service value of lakes-rivers ecosystem in the Big Kanas Tourism Area,which can effectively reflect the changes of lakes-rivers ecological environment, further can give data support and policy guidance for ecological efforts and tourism economy to continue.In this paper, by making sure which train of thought and research method be chosen,and evaluating the service value of lakes-rivers ecosystem in Big Kanas Tourism Area, the important research achievements deserved as follows:(1) Constructing the value evaluation system of lakes-rivers ecosystem service about the Big Kanas Tourism Area, which cover four categories: the service value of supply, regulation, culture and sustain.(2) Value assessment methods used in this paper is the energy analysis method, and to regard1975, 1989, 2000 and 2013 as time node. This paper had evaluated energy value of the lakes-rivers ecosystem service about the Big Kanas Tourism Area. It can see from the result of assessment that the service value of the lakes-rivers ecosystem of Big Kanas Tourism Area is 1.98×1021sej in 1975, 2.12×1021sej in 1989, 2.32×1021sej in 2000 and 2.87×1021sej in 2013.(3) Through the comparative analysis of different period of all kinds of service value, the change range of service value of climate control and carbon dioxide fixation and oxygen released appear negative from 1975 to 1989. In 2000, variable quantity of climate regulation service value turn a negative into a positive, while change range about service value of oxygen released and carbon fixation is still in negative. From the entire period 1975-2013 years variable quantity of climate regulation service value is positive growth, the service value of carbon dioxide fixation and oxygen released keep negative growth. From 1975 to 2013 the value of production service and cultural service increase rapidly,the power generation, leisure and cultural service value increased considerably in individual service.(4) Starting from the actual situation of the Big Kanas Tourism Area, then to analysis the factors how to influence the change of lakes-rivers ecosystem service value with qualitative analysis. This paper made a sensibility analysis to the main factors. The result is that the storage of water resources is the most sensitive factor,followed by quantity of waste water effluent and hydropower generating capacity ranked third. For the lake-rivers resources,the value of the services of its own play a dominant position.The tourism income and academic papers related human activities have lower sensitivity,which indicating that there is great potential for the future as long as rational use. On the basis of these, this paper put forward some measures that how to improve lakes- rivers ecosystem service value.
