The new generation of migrant workers has become our country labor force,compared with the previous generation of migrant workers, those born in rural areas,employment in the new generation of migrant workers in cities with higher academic level,diversified value orientation, characteristics and widespread labor contract signing rate is low, low levels of human capital, wage levels low overall phenomenon. With the increasingly fierce competition in the labor market in China, a considerable part of the new generation of migrant workers frequently change jobs to find a better job opportunities, so their employment stability is poor. The new generation of migrant workers for the production of the main supporting the industrialization of the country,promoting the rapid development of China’s economic and social, their employment status affects not only the development of its own, is also related to China’s industrial structure upgrade and labor competitiveness promotion. Therefore, the research on the stability of the employment of the new generation of migrant workers will have a positive impact on solving their employment problems, promoting the healthy development of the economy and promoting social harmony and progress.Firstly, the paper expounds the background and significance of the research on the stability of the employment of the new generation of migrant workers. Then the new generation of migrant workers employment stability of the domestic and foreign research status of the system analysis, and introduce the relevant theory, to provide theoretical support for the following text.Secondly, based on the questionnaire survey of the new generation of migrant workers, from the different characteristics of the analysis the status of Beijing City, the new generation of migrant workers employment stability, in order to fully tap the factors affecting the stability of the new generation of migrant workers employment, find out the problems existing in the process of stable employment. Again, Logistic regression model is established by using SPSS20.0 software, the influence factors of stability of theemployment of the new generation of migrant workers by regression analysis and the regression results are explained, the significant influence factors.Finally, based on the model analysis results, this paper puts forward suggestions and measures to promote the new generation of migrant workers with stable employment and for government and enterprises to create a more suitable for the new generation of migrant workers employment environment, the introduction of more is to provide reference basis for the measures.
