Inner Mongolia is in the less-developed areas of Western China, Now it is in a period of rapid development of industrialization. However, But the characteristics of Inner Mongolia ecological environment determines the basic environmental bearing capacity of industrialization is very limited. Due to the fact that, The long traditional industrial model and resource oriented strategy has brought about the over-exploitation of natural resources and deterioration of environmental pollution. The industrialized process of Inner Mongolia will be facing severe environmental situation. In view of this, it is necessary to make a tentative study with the process of industrialization combined with environmental problems.This thesis Starting from the definition of industrialization, environment and other related basic concepts, and made a deep-analysis of the “ industrialization ” and “environment”. this paper found industrilization and environment are integrated in the large-scale system of “economy-environment”, They are mutuall influence, mutual promotion, mutual restriction.This paper is divided into four parts, The first part is the theory part, it is analyzed the concept of industrialization、environment and environmental problems,and analyzed the relation between industrialization and environment from the theory of general theory. The second part briefly expounds the governance situation of Inner Mongolia industrialization and environmental conditions, Provide the analysis basis for the third part. The third part is the central part of the thesis. Mainly through three empirical analysis what briefly describes the impact of industrialization on the environment of Inner Mongolia. First of all, This paper briefly describes the impact of industrialization on the environment of Inner Mongolia, Measurement of Inner Mongolia industrialization stage. Then, make a analysis for the relationship between industrialization and environment of Inner Mongolia using historical data, and take the results of the analysis Compared with the environmental Kuznets curve. Make an attempt to predict the trend of environmental Kuznets curve of Inner Mongolia. Finally, using the performance analysis model(DEA)of Inner Mongolia analysis the process of industrialization of environmental performance.
