Corporate social responsibility in supporting stakeholder theory has been rapidly under development, but also has a lot of scholars from all angles business interests of stakeholders to study corporate social responsibility.In this article, the cost of social responsibility to employees empirical research the relationship between investment and enterprise efficiency from the employee’s point.In the era of rapid development of science and technology, machinery and equipment can replace employees engaged in hazardous work.Also it can protect the safety of employees and improve employee productivity.But ultimately it can not replace the human machine work, and ultimately the development of enterprises also rely on employees efforts.So companies have to raise the degree of attention of employees.Because companies can protect the interests of employees in all aspects.It is necessary in all aspects of business from the employees to invest.So it can improve employee satisfaction, loyalty, protection and stable development of enterprises. For this situation using theoretical concepts relevant stakeholder theory,human resources, corporate social responsibility theory, as well as predecessors of research results, can divide the cost of corporate social responsibility to employees into three areas: the cost of economic responsibility, legal liability costs, the cost of ethical responsibility. Select the steel industry as the research sample, and use data indicators. Then use statistical methods for business efficiency and corporate social responsibility to employees costs. The study found that the degree of interaction between corporate employees and corporate social responsibility cost-effectiveness is not entirely positive relationship. Business benefits of employee engagement feedback has some lag. And with the increase in business over time, there is a benefit other factors associated with a certain limit. Reasons for this phenomenon are the companies in which the global economic cycle, policy environment, industry development, competitive environment, etc. Also it has a certain relationship.According to the final conclusions of the study, it has some measures to corporate social responsibility to employees to fulfill responsibilities. Hope this research can enrich the study of corporate social responsibility to employees, but also for future research have some inspiration.
