The Research On Effects Of Agricultural Structure Adjustment On Gansu’s Agricultural Growth

In order to realize economic development and improve the national income, it is necessary to adjust economic structure. Agriculture which is seen as the foundation of the national economy, plays an important role of promoting economic development,social harmony and stability.Therefore, according to China’s national conditions, the adjustment of agricultural structure is especially important.Government should make full use of the policy of strategic adjustment to promote the development of agriculture, and then to promote the development of the society as a whole.Gansu province is an important region of western China. There are some conditiongs, such as climate,soil and water, which are unfavorable for the development of agriculture in Gansu province. Gansu’s agricultural development has lagged behind developed eastern region and central region, institution and sort of cultural factors make slow development and structural problems of Gansu’s agriculture. In a word, how to solve the structural problem and how to make the efficacy of agricultural structural adjustments come into play,are of great significance for the economic development of Gansu province.The paper reviews literature at home and abroad related to agricultural structure adjustment and economic development, and then determine the research topic-The effects of agricultural structure adjustments on the agricultural growth of Gansu province. In the meantime, Summarizes the theoretical foundation of the structure effect of agricultural economic growth. Based on the theory, we divide the efficacy of agricultural structural adjustments into three types: the internal efficacy of agricultural structural adjustments in the agricultural production department, the efficacy of agricultural structural adjustments between agricultural production department caused by elements transfer and the efficacy of agricultural structural adjustments caused by allocation of resources.Through the analysis of the current situation of the agricultural structure adjustment and the agricultural development in Gansu province,we found Gansu’s agricultural development is relatively backward, the farmers’ income gap has widened with the national average;The status of the agricultural structure adjustmentis relatively imperfect.According to the empirical analysis,the paper find agricultural structure adjustment can promote the development of agriculture.through the three type of the efficacy of agricultural structural adjustments,the paper find,to what extend agricultural structural adjustment can promote the development of agriculture.At last,according to the empirical analysis conclusion put forward policy Suggestions.
