The Development Research Of Harbin Mice Tourism

MICE, one of the prevalent tourism types, having great economic and social effectiveness and favorable development prospects,is called" gem on the imperial crown",and has become a spotlight of tourism development and tourism academic research.This paper chooses the Harbin’s MICE as a subject to research. Firstly, on the foundation of the related research at home and abroad, the paper makes a conclusion of MICE, and reveals some inner characteristics of MICE,such as significance,,features, affecting factors, the development process of MICE in home and abroad. Secondly, this paper The theoretical study is a preparation for analyzing Harbin’s MICE development. Then, based on that, this paper analyzes systematically the SWOT of Harbin MICE and points out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Harbin MICE development. Thirdly, this paper set up a index system, and tries to use AHP method to analyze competitive capabilities of MICE from every index among nine chosen cities including Beijing,Shanghai, Guangzhou Shenzhen,Chengdu, Xiamen,Wuhan, Kunming,Dalian and Harbin.Through this method to get the ranking of Harbin in domestic environment.At last this paper put forward the solution for Harbin MICE’S developing, including the principle of Harbin MICE’S developing, and the problems Harbin MICE’S developing now have to confront,then give some conclusions and suggestions to promote Harbin MICE’S developing. These experiments can benefits the development of other domestic cities.
