Abstract/Summary:
Along with the accelerating process of economic globalization, human resources competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce. In the era of knowledge economy, talent is the most precious resources of enterprise. There are two ways to obtain talent, external introduction and internal training. But there is certain quality difference between talent got from the two different ways. It will take a certain amount of time and culture for talent from external introduction to create value for enterprises, while relatively talent from internal training can achieve greater success at work more quickly. Talent got from both ways need the training to improve their competence and adapt to the development of the company. Therefore, the training is becoming more and more important for the enterprise leaders. Training can cultivate more talent for the enterprise, create a steady stream of value for enterprises, moreover, it can be used as an incentive means to constantly motivate the employees’ innovation. Therefore it’s essential for the enterprise leaders to make good use of the training sword, which can bring new power for the enterprise, and provide the enterprise with a healthy and sustainable development. All of it depend on a set of training management system which aims at the employees.Traditional training is a kind of way of imposing various training courses on employees. While with the improvement of personal qualities and the post segmentation, and on the basis of personal need, employees prefer to choose training courses which are suitable for themselves. It shows that seventy percent study of employees occur in the work! Therefore, SZ company from the point of view of employees, to establish the dynamic + + "I" study "love" to share training management model. I " study means I learn something, and it also means " love” to learn. "I" learn something means that employees take the initiative to seek resources, and get involved. "Love" to learn means that combined with the staff quality model, sketch a learning path map, and integrate the internal and external resources, the enterprise will make the employees love to learn, and achieve the target of learning. "Love" to share, with the internal trainer team playing the role of communication bridge, the enterprise leaders can be informed of any achievements employees obtained at work and they can encourage them in different ways in time,in which way the positive energy will flow in the enterprise. Thus more and more staff can improve their personal qualities and they can achieve the success of progress in work.
