Financial Evaluation Research On Zhangqiu Xiuyuan River Comprehensive Management Project

On the basis of the analysis of domestic and foreign research, research point, research content and framework were determined. Financial evaluation theory is the basic theory to guide the project. The basic principles, methods and steps, and the financial evaluation indexes of financial evaluation were explained in detail. With the analysis of the domestic river management development and Zhangqiu Xiuyuan river development situation, the passage concludes that the comprehensive management of the river is necessary. Macro environment and construction conditions are then analyzed. Based on the construction scale, the investment scale and the fund collecting model are set. Then the financial analysis is carried out with financial indicators. Based on the financial indicators system, the passage makes a comprehensive financial evaluation on the Zhangqiu Xiuyuan river management project using GAHP and FCE methods to evidence that the the project is feasible.
