Project Purchasing Process Management In SND Company

Innovation, quality and efficiency are the key points of today’s marketing environment in which there is competition more and more. Especially, in Electrical Industry, the demand of electrical product has been increased a lot, much new technology is updated, and the requirement of new products and the speed of time-to-market are much higher than before. In order to response to the market demand well and strive for more market share, each electrical companies focus on the new product development speed. In order to improve the quality and decrease the timing, the process improvement of new product development project is the more important.In my paper, I analysis the current purchasing process of new product development project and study the questions of project purchasing according the purchasing management theory under supply chair environment. Purchasing takes less responsibility and initiative. There is lacking in monitoring and being monitored process.Base on the studying of Project R, I study the new process of project purchasing. Propose to manage the purchasing by phase and level according the each stage gate of project. Through the product design, supplier selection management and supply chair improvement, the new process is created as a round to match the customers’ demands, monitoring and being monitored each other,in order to success in the project quality and avoid the risk of price, quality, supply and others in advance during mass production.In my paper, the purchasing process study and analysis of new product development process is in order to solve and improve the issue of current purchasing process. It is the valuable reference for the improvement of purchasing management and company competitiveness.
