At present, network business activity has been accepted widely, more and more people will make trading online as an important way. E-commerce and profit model is divided different types. This article is focus on the study of innovative B2B business model, especially in China. The online B2B companies are faced with technical, social, culture, legal and economic aspects of the many problems and obstacles to explore.There are five parts in this article. The first part is introduction of current status of B2B E-commerce in China. First proposed in this article the background to study, defines some concepts and research in this paper give ideas and analysis methods; an overview of second part of the relevant theoretical research. Combination of the third part of the theory of value chain and business model, B2B websites for small and middle-sized business model for description and analysis. The fourth part is the example cases to supporting the innovative features on business model theory. Alibaba.com and HC360.com, both are the famous B2B websites in China, it will be added the reliability by taking both as business cases to analysis. The fifth part, the last section, is the conclusion and shortage of this article.Although after 13 years development, current situation of Chinese B2B E-commerce is still on the primary stage. In the future, B2B E-commerce will convert to enterprise informationization and realize the business operation online. In the article, it will provide an advanced conclusion, that the old business model 'Member+advertising' would be upgraded, we would find more long business chain services at portal B2B websites and exclusive professional services in at industrial B2B websites. We should active into the construction of E-commerce ecosystem and value-added professional services for more commercial space.
