HK company of construction company is accompanied by the development o f the cause of building a new China gradually development and growth, The compan y has experienced a rapid development period, the company scale has developed fro m 4-5 billion to nearly 50 billion from 2003. But in recent years with the rapid de velopment of national economy, the rapid change of engineering construction enviro nment, the problem of HK company emerge,management mode, business structurea nd organizational structure increasingly can not meet the needs of the development of the market, and the competition in construction field is becoming more and m ore serious, the production profits continue to decline.Faced with this situation, HK company needs to change the development of ideas, innovation of business mode l, improve the business structure, optimize the organizational structure, to meet cust omer needs and market changes,enhance the capacity for sustainable developmen t of enterprises. Therefore,how to innovate business model, enhance the profitability of enterprises, has become an important subject of HK company.In this paper, by using the strategic management, management of enterprisem anagement theory as a guide, study is carried out using the normative theory analy sis, empirical research and analysis method, SWOT analysis etc.. The first chapter is the introduction, we first review the development status andsummarizes the constr uction industry, the paper selected topic background and framework, purpose and si gnificance are described. The second chapterbusiness mode and the total score of th e construction industry package management mode are outlined,construction general contracting subcontracting enterprises outsourcing management pattern analysis, poi nted out the status and deficiencies of the current construction general contractingen terprise management mode. The third chapter on the current situation of manageme nt mode of H group and HK company are introduced, the HK group’s business strat egy, business structure and organizational structure are summarized, and on the man agement of HK company are introduced, theexisting business model problems are a nalyzed. HK company has the total construction contract premium quality, bu tin th e project management the company only completed the civil construction, professio nal decoration,installation, municipal, steel structure and others are outsourcing,subcontract management is not in place, resulting inno benefit maximization, and organiza tion structure and enterprise scale expansion of the to be optimized, these are the pr oblems of enterprises. HK company to enhance its competitiveness, we must vigor ously improve the operating mode, to improve the total subcontracting management i n raising the level of civil construction ability at the same time, the optimization of enterprisemanagement mode, in order to improve profitability and market comp etitiveness. The fourth chapter is the business model innovation, first determine th e principle of innovation, and then combined with the development trend of the bus iness model of the case are analyzed, and finally to HK company’s existing manage ment problem as the basis, combining with the correlation theory on the current m arket situation and the modern management science, put forward the HK business model innovationcompany building of enterprise strategy. The fifth chapter is the bu siness model innovation project of HK company and the implementation of the re commendations, further specific business model innovation, measures. The sixth chap ter is the problems and prospects. This paper hope that through thein-depth study a nd analysis of this series of systems and to find a suitable HK development of the company’s business model, to improve competition of the HK company in the fu ture one stage.
