With the continuous development of science and technology and the popularization of information technology, the competition to gain the market among enterprises has not only relied on the traditional size and strength, but more and more enterprises have been realized that only the talent resource is the prerequisite of the enterprise development. Strengthen the training and promotion of staff’s quality has become important method and means of modern enterprise management. However, because of conservative history and ideas, most companies of our country started late in employees training, seriously short of advanced management experience of developed countries and lacking of systematic training plan and professional trainer.As a modern manufacture enterprise, D company has stricter requirement for the machining precision of technical operation, fabrication design and process. Therefore, D company more eager to have the corresponding personnel who both master technical theories and technology application, i.e. high skilled personnel. Only continuously perfect training system to cultivate excellent high-skill talents, D company can maintain the strong competitiveness in the industry.First, this thesis analyzes the characteristics and functions of high-skilled personnel and the serious impact of shortage of high-skilled personnel, thus reaching the importance of high-skilled personnel training for D company’s strategic development.Secondary, beginning with the analysis of D company’s human resources situation, this thesis analyzed the quantity and education structure of high-skilled personnel in D company. Through the analysis of D company’s development strategy and business objectives, this thesis confirmed the importance and function of high-skilled personnel for D company’s development.Third, through the data analysis of D company’s existing training condition, this thesis summarizes the current training situation of highly skilled personnel. With the method of questionnaire survey and interviewing method, etc., this thesis points out the problems of D company in high-skilled personnel training, for further preparing for in-depth study of high-skilled personnel training system.Lastly, this thesis provides improved scheme in detail of training demand analysis, training plan formation, training plan implementation and training effect evaluation, etc., and puts forward the safeguards for perfecting the training system of D company’s high-skilled personnel.Therefore, summarizing the problems and the insufficiency exist in the company’s training system and referencing for the international advanced experience in human resources training management have far-reaching significance for establishing and developing perfect training system.
