Research On The Optimization Of High-skilled Personnel Training In SCUD Company

Under the background of Internet+ and economic normalization,the speed of China's economic development is unbelievable.After “Made in China 2025”,“High-quality Manufacturing” and “Innovative Manufacturing” have been proposed in succession,and the talent structure of the electronic manufacturing industry has also undergone corresponding changes.The demanding requirements also caused enterprises to worry about the status and future of their highly-skilled talents.Equipment control,technological innovation,production guarantee and even thetransformation of production are all need strong support from high-skilled talents.In the process of training high-skilled talents,SCUD must continue to employ,educate,and retain talents so thatit cansubsistin the current high-quality manufacturing flow.SCUD is clearly aware of this problem.The strategy for optimizing the training of high-skilled personnel is the demand brought by the technological innovation trend of industrial change under “Made in China” and it is also the demand for the development of SCUD.Although SCUD has formulated its own talent cultivation system 10 years ago and has initially established a training system,but the system has still remained at a shallow stage so far.Systematization and scientificity still need tobe studied and improved.This article takes it as the starting point of the study,and on the basis of fully investigating and studying the results of research on high-skilled personnel training at home and abroad,and through investigation,analysis,experience summaries,document collection,and case analysis,etc,analyzing and explaining the practice and status quo of SCUD's high-skilled personnel training,and further explore the problems existing in SCUD's training of high-skilled talents through three aspects: training structure,training plan,and training effectiveness.Finally,SCUD's optimization plan for high-skilled talents training was proposed based on the training objectives,training structure,and training path,and three-fold guarantees in terms of system,material,and manpower were proposed.We hope to bring some help to the optimization of SCUD's high-skilled talents training strategy.
