In order to achieve development and progress, good execution and a forward-looking strategic decisions, are integral parts to any business. Lack of good implementation modalities and law enforcement officers, even the best strategic decisions are only on paper. ZYJY Group is the primary and secondary schools more professional counseling agencies, the company’s current level of execution has been far from satisfying the business needs of rapid development, analysis and countermeasures execution level issues therefore urgently needed for the house.This study was carried out by middle managers ZYJY group executive power influencing factors. The article first introduces the background, significance, analyze the performance of the domestic status quo management personnel; Next to define the content of the concept of executive power and middle management personnel and content, lay the foundation for later study; Chapter Ⅲ using in-depth interviews way to carry out the execution of the whole group for 330 middle managers factors investigation. The results show that:the lack of a sound performance appraisal index system is the biggest cause of this problem; against the findings of Chapter III, Chapter IV launched a performance index of middle managers to optimize the design, and an overview of the use of the index system change; Then do this optimization safeguards implementation; Finally, conclusions and outlook.This study ZYJY group of middle managers to carry out the execution factors analysis. Articles using interviews to determine the key factors influencing middle management executive power, the use of scientific, systematic approach to clear the group of middle managers execution of key factors, and construct a set of simple, improve the content of the performance appraisal index system and the conclusions of this research work carried out for improvement. Conclusions of this study can effectively help middle managers greatly enhance the Group’s executive power, but also for a number of working groups to provide effective decision-making, scientific basis.
