With the development of economic globalization, it is the competition of core ability that is existing between enterprises at present. And the core lies in training and improving employees'ability, one effective way of which is to appraise employees'performance. The method used in the past by some companies to reap huge profits and rapid growth relying on a correct decision-making and seizing the market gap is very difficult to pass today.Facing the financial turmoil sweeping worldwidely, China has made an important contribution in stimulating national economic growth by strengthening the construction of basis facilities including the engineering. Therefore, a construction business is facing a good opportunity for development. As for whether an enterprise can develope healthily, in addition to have strong leadership which is good at seizing opportunities, an important factor is to strengthen the internal management. And strengthening performance evaluation is particularly important. A complete performance appraisal can focus on business development strategies and guide the the workers standardly. Business executives are in the key position of nexus in the development of enterprises, since they play the role of researching related evaluation system, solve problems in the assessment process of the middle management. It is of great significance for them to mobilize the enthusiasm of staff and improve the effectiveness of the work in the company. At the same time it is to some extent significant in guilding the project construction enterprises of the current administrative units born out of the transport sector to restructure.This paper does a research review of theories related to performance appraisal, and analyses the status quo of the company's personnel in middle management in SJ by using the method of researchment, identifies problems and analyses causes. Apart from that, the paper also designs performance evaluation system about the manager level in company SJ by using some analytical methods.
