Risk Assessment And Control Of Shuangwang City’s Ecological Tourism Projects In Shouguang

Shouguang is an excellent tourism city, national garden city, national sanitary city and national environmental protection model city, and it is also the famous "hometown of vegetables". In order to promote the transformation of cultural innovation and industry, the municipal party committee municipal government decided to promote the development of tourism that to be an important pillar industry of shouguang, and it puts forward the strategic objectives of "big breakthrough in three years, and the first-class in ten years" in 2007.Tourism project is often a huge investment and a long construction period, and its impact on the economy is a long-term. Once the project development is failure, it will be an adverse impact on the city development. Therefore, the risk analysis of the tourism project control is particularly important. In this paper, on the basis of introducing the domestic and international engineering project risk management theory, the advanced risk management theory and method is applied to the double city reservoir ecological tourism project that it is an innovation on the application of the theory of risk management, and at the same time, it can provide some practical guidance to the project risk management of shouguang double city reservoir ecological tourism project.First, in the light of the characteristics of shouguang double city reservoir ecological tourism project, this paper identify the possible risk factors in the process of development, and then, it ranks the level of risks and builds the risk evaluation index system of shouguang double city reservoir ecological tourism project. Second, this paper use the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate the risks of shouguang double city reservoir ecological tourism project, and it is concluded that the comprehensive risk level is medium. The last, according to the result of risk assessment, in order to ensuring the success of this project, this paper puts forward the risk response of shouguang double city reservoir ecological tourism project to control the project risk factors that within the minimum scope.
