Study On The Mechanism Of Knowledge Sharing Of The Sci-Tech SMEs In Qingdao University Science And Technology Park

As a kind of knowledge intensive and technology intensive enterprises, the unique knowledge and technology are core-competitiveness for the Sci-Tech SMEs, and the key to gain competitive advantage are knowledge sharing and innovation capability. For the Sci-Tech SMEs. due to many factors by its own resources, capacity, the level of technology and so on, it is impossible to copy the successful experience of large enterprises knowledge sharing, thus strengthening the theoretical guidance for knowledge sharing of the Sci-Tech SMEs has an important significance for promoting the development of China’s the Sci-Tech SMEs.At first, this study combs and summarizes the related theory research results at home and abroad on knowledge sharing. It studies the influencing factors of enterprise knowledge sharing in detail, which is from subject factor, object factor, process factor, environmental factor and other factors. On this basis, introduces the theory of reasoned action model, theory of planned behavior, and bounded rationality theory model, and the above factors influencing knowledge sharing how to influence the knowledge sharing behavior in-depth analysis. These basic theories for designing the knowledge sharing mechanisms of the Sci-Tech SMEs have laid a solid theoretical foundation.Based on the theoretical study, this thesis understands the actual situation of knowledge sharing of the Sci-Tech SMEs in Qingdao University Science and Technology Park by the questionnaire survey, individual interviews, field visits and other ways; and it details in-depth research on knowledge sharing of enterprise content and method, the mechanism of knowledge sharing, knowledge sharing effect and other aspects in order to provide a realistic basis as the basic mode to establish the knowledge sharing mechanism of the technological small and medium sized enterprises.On this basis, according to the characteristics of knowledge sharing of the Sci-Tech SMEs, The mechanism of knowledge sharing is decomposed into cultural mechanism, organization mechanism, the process mechanism, action mechanism and incentive mechanism, and establish the mechanism model of knowledge sharing in the Sci-tech SMEs.Finally, based on system theory perspective, it puts forward the dynamic system model and the 4P stage model of the establishment of knowledge sharing syestem for the Sci-Tech SMEs. From the system point of view, knowledge sharing is a dynamic conversion process that different types of knowledge in different levels of knowledge carriers Determined by the enterprise Shared environment and sharing process. An enterprise must fully realize the function of knowledge sharing innovation, must study the relation and changes of influencing enterprise knowledge sharing among factors, process, object and environment. Knowledge sharing system concept and the 4P stage model of the establishment of knowledge sharing syestem has certain guiding sense and strong operability for the Sci-Tech SMEs. Of course, this model needs to be tested and perfected in application.
