Research On Knowledge Sharing In Sci-tech Small&Medium-sized Enterprises Based On Supply Chain

With the advancement of technology and the arrival of the age of knowledge economy,knowledge gradually beyond land, labor, capital and other traditional factors of production,and becomes the key that determines the development of enterprises. As carriers andtransformations of high-tech knowledge, Sci-Tech SMEs (Scientific and Technological Smalland Medium Sized Enterprises) play an important role in promoting the development oftechnological economic. However, to keep continued capability of innovation, Sci-TechSMEs must have a steady stream of knowledge as supply. And as an important part ofknowledge management in enterprise, knowledge sharing solves the problem perfectly. And itis helpful to promote Sci-Tech SMEs’ knowledge innovation. Meanwhile, as basic unit ofcompetitive market at present, supply chain is the hotbed of enterprise growth and rise. And tosurvive in the fierce competitive environment and develop rapidly for Sci-Tech SMEs, it isnot enough only on their own efforts. Therefore, it becomes critical to develop Sci-TechSMEs by knowledge sharing based on supply chain.Firstly, the related concepts and characteristics of Sci-Tech SMEs’ knowledge sharingbased on supply chain are described in this thesis. And it analyses influencing factors ofSci-Tech SMEs’ knowledge sharing based on supply chain and forms that knowledge exists.On this basis, knowledge sharing model and mechanism of Sci-Tech SMEs based on supplychain are built. Then it analyses them. Secondly, considering the influencing factors ofknowledge sharing and other research related, it constructs the evaluation index system ofefficiency of Sci-Tech SMEs’ knowledge sharing based on supply chain. Then, it takes55Sci-Tech SMEs in Heilongjiang province as example, and evaluates the efficiency of Sci-TechSMEs’ knowledge sharing based on supply chain by using basic model and super-efficiencymodel of DEA. At last, this thesis puts forward some suggestions to improve the level ofSci-Tech SMEs’ knowledge sharing based on supply chain after considering the results of theevaluation. It has double meaning of theoretical and practical to broaden the research ideas onknowledge sharing and promoting the implementation of Sci-tech SMEs’ knowledge sharingbased on supply chain effectively.
