With the continuous development of market economy and society in China,the environment for enterprise survival has become more complex,complex and fast changing,and enterprises are experiencing unprecedented challenges.These challenges and impacts come from the forces of global integration,the power of information networks,the speed of organization and the forces of change,and each challenge and impact raises new requirements for staff training.As the core resources of the employees of an enterprise,is the carrier of knowledge and technology,the ability of human resources in enterprises,bear all work of enterprise production and construction,is a decisive factor for the sustainable development of enterprises,the competition among enterprises is the competition of talents is more and more widely recognized.Staff training is a source of learning new knowledge,and a guarantee to meet new challenges.Who takes the lead in training,who takes the lead.In this paper,through the relevant theoretical research at home and abroad,the definition of staff training of staff training,through the investigation of employee training sample enterprise MAILILAI company,analysis of the concept of staff training MAILILAI company training is backward,lack of training needs analysis,training evaluation system and no training results can not be effectively transformed,the lack of preferential policies for the collection and use of and the lack of training information platform etc..This paper combines the theory of staff training analysis for the formation of the problem,and in order to further improve the work of staff training MAILILAI company,this paper establish the correct thought of training,improve the training demand analysis,training evaluation,training mechanism,set up perfect conversion specialist collection policy information and establishing training information platform to solve specific countermeasures,wheat my company staff training problems,provide reference for other enterprises of the same industry.
