The Research Of Talent Recruitment Of A Corporation For Techniques Embedded Synergy

Talents are the most important resource in all resources of an enterprise. The competition between enterprises in fact is the competition of talents. How to attract and keep talents in order to make them play a role in the increasingly fierce competition marketing environment will decide whether the enterpeise can development or even decide it’s survival. Talent recruitment is not only a very important basic work but also very important to human resource development and management of an enterprise. So whether it can recruit excellent staffs is the key factor to an enterprise. This thesis’object of study is A corporation.This is an echniques embedded synergy corporation, it was engendered by the state-owned enterprise’s separation into main body and assist body.This corporation R&D echniques embedded synergy, so it needs to recruit staffs. Now, the recruitment system of A corporation can’t satisfy the need of echniques embedded synergy, it produced many problems, such as the recruit can’t reflect the strategy,the stuff can’t satisfy the need of A corporation, and the recruitment was lack of foreseeability, standardability and scientificalness, many staffs run off. The basic reason is that the corporation is lack of a set of systematic, scientificalness’system which fits to the echniques embedded synergy.This thesis is about A corporation’s recruitment exercise, based on the theory of staff recruit. After analysised, it designed a systematic scheme which fits the echniques embedded synergy. The recruitment effect was estimated from qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The scheme will improve the efficiency and guarantee the strategy target comes true. It also can recruit and store excellent staffs, create core competence for A corporation.The thesis has some reference value for corporation’s recruit which is an echniques embedded synergy corporation.
