With organic agriculture is developing rapidly and our living standards are improved greatly, the people require more and more safety food, vegetables for daily essential food have aroused great concern. Organic vegetables don’t use any chemical synthesis and genetic engineered organisms and their products, the vegetable quality is very safety, they have a lot of nutrients and turn into the best choice for people, changing our consumption structure, so that people eat more safe. Currently, compared to American and other organic vegetable industry China has a big gap there, enhancing the farmers’ production willingness and the organic vegetable market, has great significance for the increasing the farmers’ income and promoting the organic vegetable industry sustained and healthy development.In this paper, the author read a lot of document literature and then carry on the field investigation, this research used the binary logistic model to research the famers’ willingness. The influencing factors of production will of organic vegetable production include the farmers’ basic characteristics, organic vegetables cognition, production factors, external environmental factors. The farmers’ basic characteristics include gender, age, education, family population, risk preference. Organic vegetables cognition includes organic vegetables information, organic vegetables access to information, quality security, the return attitude. Production factors include planting years, planting area, the price factor, production cost, labor intensity. The external environmental factors include training activities, government subsidies, mass media influence, the purchasing preference of greengrocer. We use the binary logistic model to identify the key factors affecting farmers of organic vegetable production, and come up with suggestions to enhance farmers’ willingness, expand the organic vegetable market.The results show that, farmer education and government financial subsidies by the 1% significance test, indicating higher education and government financial subsidies contribute to organic vegetables’ production, the government should play an positive part in increasing farmers’ subsidies. Organic vegetables cognition, quality safety, labor intensity, training activities and the greengrocer acquisition preferences through the 5% level significant test, except the labor intensity, the other factors all have positive effects on the organic vegetables. It shows that in the farmers to understand the basic organic vegetables on the safety, the appropriate labor, good market sales environment conducive to farmers for organic vegetable production. In a word, we should adopt effective measures to advertise organic vegetables, make fanners get more information. At the same time, the government should formulate the corresponding organic vegetables subsidy policy, termly arrange training activities, improve farmers’ knowledge level, enhance the willingness of organic vegetable production.
