Tourist souvenir is an important link in the development of the tourism industry,and it is also considered to be the most flexible unit in the composition of the elements of tourism.As a transmitter of tourism culture,its cultural value and commercial value should not be underestimated little by little.The development of tourist souvenir not only has become one of the high additional value products in tourism,but also become a great chance and new economic growth point in design and industrialization of the development of tourism souvenirs.As the symbol of folklore in Loess Plateau, Qingyang sachet has have won fame both at home and abroad. Based on previous studies of Qingyang sachet embroidery,the author investigated present situation of Qingyang tourism souvenir market for the first time to combine both the perspective of the development of tourism souvenirs and application of 4Ps marketing idea, analyzed Qingyang tourist souvenirs in historical and cultural origin and development status to find the problem existed in Qingyang tourist souvenirs,and to put forward the strategies for development strategy and supporting measures,wishing to be a promotion for the development of Qingyang tourist souvenirs and for the whole tourism industry.
