Research On The Ways Of Personnel Resettlement During The Process Of Relocation And Adjustment Of DB Company

Since China executed the reform and opening up policy, the economic vitality has been released, and economic grows significantly. Along with the establishment of socialist market economy, the state-owned enterprises started to participate into various economic activities, competing with both foreign enterprises and private enterprises. In the new historical period, in the face of domestic economic transformation and upgrading, as well as the external situation of further deepened economic system reform, the state-owned enterprise is also in a constant reform and adjustment process to adapt to the external changes actively. During the process, more and more state-owned enterprises are facing a series of problems including the business adjustment, product upgrading, and plant relocation etc. And in any case the personnel resettlement is an unavoidable one. From the perspective of the reform and adjustment of the DB company, this paper summaries and analyzes the relevant theories and practical situation, especially focuses on the ways of state-owned enterprises’personnel resettlement. This paper takes DB company as an example using the SWOT analysis method, according to relating legal requirements. Seven resettlement ways are discussed in this paper as well as the facing problems. After analyzing economic cost of various ways and making some comparisons, this paper puts forward the corresponding control measures. In the end, the countermeasures and suggestions are brought for the state-owned enterprise’s personnel resettlement. This research is meaningful for the state-owned enterprises in China in solving the problems of personnel resettlement issue.
