Enterprises development and utilization of its own human resources, to avoid waste of human resources, improve the return on human resources is one important strategy to win and maintain competitive advantage in the market competition. In this study, human resources for research theory and practice achievements, especially related to human resources allocation theory: such as human resources configuration related theory, employment model selection theory, fixation of posts and staff theory, collaborative management theory as the ZLTH company optimal allocation of human resources to provide ideas and theoretical basis. In ZLTH company, for example, using a variety of the combination of theory and method, study ZLTH company human resource configuration optimization scheme. The fundamental goal of this research is based on ZLTH research on optimal configuration of the company’s human resources, can improve the level of it’s human resources management, but also for other similar enterprises play a reference role in human resource management.By ZLTH company and its present situation of human resource structure, introduction and analysis, find out the existing problems and reasons, determining probability optimization principle, discusses optimization ideas, based on ZLTH the actual situation worked out an optimal combination of configurations, standard optimized configuration, system optimization configuration at three different optimization levels of the program, and related auxiliary propulsion safeguard measures.This article innovations: from the perspective of human resource cooperative management research on human resource configuration within large companies, including inter-industry and inter-regional, inter-enterprise collaborative human resources; Gives the organization management, the employment model management, industrial synergy,fixation of posts and staff management with the combination of systematic human resource configuration optimization solution pattern and practice cases.
