Research On Project Quality Management For The Power Source Of Launce Vehicle

The power source is used for the equipments, solenoid valves as well as initiating explosive devices in the launch vehicle. As a key product in the launch vehicle, it requires high quality and reliability.The power source of the active launch vehicle developed in the 60’s of the last century, it’s now a mature product. The next-generation launch vehicle is at the development stage, its power source in accordance with the characteristics and requirements of the project, the quality management process can not copy the mode of the power source of the active launch vehicle.The product quality in the aerospace power enterprise is administered according as quality system file, the quality guarantee requirements of different project are hard to put into practice on the process, the quality management system of organization and the quality management process of project are disjointed, consequently, project development process cannot effective controlled.It is based on the project process as the research object.According to the characteristics of project and product requirements, it has set up the project quality system for the power source of launch vehicle. The following results were obtained.1)By comparing the domestic and foreign space organization and the project quality system,The key problem-the project management process is not connected with the enterprise quality system- is put forward.2)Combined with the fine quality management requirements of space program, the project quality assurance outline, and the enterprise quality system, it has established the project quality system for the power source of launch vehicle.3)By evaluation the project process and results, it is proved the feasibility and effectiveness of the project management system.
