The production and sales volume of China automotive industry has positioned as the No. 1 of the world for 5 years after 2009 in which the volume has exceeded 10 million. Meanwhile, the relative OE industry for automotive has been developed. Fengfan Co., Ltd. has developed a large scale in the OE business and after sale market. However, the lead acid storage battery market is facing many problems, for example, the supply exceeds the demand seriously, compete situation is getting worse, and the enterprise can not develop vaporously, because of the changeable domestic and international economic environment, and the present problems in the automotive and storage battery industry. So, the construction on the marketing system and molds should be updated and innovated urgently.The article has analyzed and researched deeply on the characters of Fengfan marketing mold connected with the company’s operation, selection and causes of present marketing molds through the comparison, research and analysis on the domestic and international marketing molds, and on the basis of master on the marketing mole concept, types and necessity of innovation. The article has demonstrated the effects of present marketing molds in Fengfan through a full analysis on external and internal development environment. The advantages in market competition has been analyzed and the shortages of present mold also. The article puts forward an innovation on the marketing mold in details. The research in the essay are based on actual data and materials, and the article will have a valuable reference on the development of Fengfan and storage battery industry.
